Only Price Hike is not the solution of every problem !

Sir,

Sub: Only Price Hike is not the solution of every problem !

I am a senior citizen of India and have a very small business
without any personal assets . I have no proper source of income.

As per Hindustan Times report's rates of Petrol are below:-

UK Rs. 97/lit.
Japan Rs. 82/lit.
Germany Rs. 75/lit.
US Rs. 47/lit.
China Rs. 38/lit.
Pakistan Rs. 36/lit.
UAE Rs. 18/lit.

Dr. Manmohan Singh himself is a world famous Economist.
My question is that, Is there no way or solution for the people
like us or who are passing miserable life ? ?
You first visit different sites how the people are passing their
lives and then you can properly advise your UPA Govt. for making
plans for India.

Example 1.

There are 3 PSUs -Indian Oil, Hindustan Petrolium and Bharat
Petrolium. They give us their product in subsidised rates with Govt's
support. Everyone who has a vehicle will use their product without
seeing their advertisements. Then why they waste their money in
advertisements, and other wastage, they also can cut their expences
to save losses ?? Everytime they show their losses, and increase
the price.
When any petrolium product price escalates, all the daily
products prices like onions, fruits, cereals and protein based
products also hike due to increase in Transport charges and thus
effects our totall budget and economy.

Instead of increasing taxes on AAM AADMI to fill the gap, why
should Govt not cut taxes on petrolium products to lower their
prices ?? Why an Aam Aadmi faces trouble in both the sides ??

Example 2:

Govt should gives loans to Kisans on nominal interest rates say
about 2%. Banks should appoint field officers to educate Kissans
how they can utilise this loan, National Agriculture Scheme,
Insurance policies, treatments for land and their medicines etc.
All material used in agriculture products should be subsidised. All
TV Channels should give atleast one hour time and promote schemes of
ICRA for Kissan .

According to 2005 Survey, a good number of farmers, petty daily wage
earners and workers are below poverty line. But how unfortunate it
is that our entire governmental machinery is much interested to save
the interests of Corporate sectors, Milionares and Poonjipatis.

Why Govt not cut subsidy for corporate sectors to crop up its income
and why it does not stop leakages ??

The division of resources, as well as wealth, is increasingly
becoming uneven.
What’s worse, our UPA-led government has decided that deregulating
fuel prices will be one of its main tools to raise revenue and help
close the country’s budget deficit. This means that the gap between
country’s haves and have nots will continue to rise, leading to more
poor slowly reaching below the poverty levels.

The major beneficiaries in this corruption-laden system are the
effluent rich, who are growing richer by the day. As per Rukmini
Srinivasan, an economic journalist, the number of people who can be
placed in effluent rich class is only one lakh Twenty Six thousand.
These people are owners of one-third of companies listed on Stock
Exchange. It is these people along with the group that is getting
richer through corrupt source of earnings, who are benefiting the most
from Governmental schemes.

The recent upsurge in Kerosene, Petrol, Diesel, LPG,CNG and PNG
prices will prove to be a death knell for the country’s poor, whose
number is growing by the day. If the UPA is going about this, it is
only because there is no strong opposition.

Once Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose had given the slogan ‘tum mujhe khoon
do main tumhen aazadi dounga’. Once again, the country has fallen
under the misrule of people who are only concerned about their own
benefits. We need to raise a united voice once again. Every Indian
is deciding to create a stir against the UPA Government, to make it
rise from the slumber and the over-confidence that it has no
opposition. Perhaps they forgotten that ""Public is the
opposition"" and once it rises up against the Government, it will be
left with no choice but to leave.

Country’s farmers, workers and rural population have decided to march
against the Government. There will be ‘chakka jams’, demonstrations
and public outcry. Being an economist you should advice UPA Govt.
that PRICE HIKE IS NOT THE ONLY SOLUTION ,

""" HANG UP THE HOARDERS, CORRUPT LEADERS and THEIR SUPPORTERS IN
FRONT OF WHOLE COUNTRY. AND PLEASE DON'T ESTIMATE US SO
WEAK."""
